Expleo is recruiting an AME Senior Engineer to support our customer in ensuring all assigned programmes are delivered in line with the agreed timing plan. This role is based in Warwickshire and offered on a 12-month initial contract. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all given programmes are delivered to agreed timing plan. Drive resolution of issues through AIMS (internal issue management system) Ensure all scorecard items are completed to achieve an on time and on quality launch. Ensure all build issues are contained or resolved within 24 hours. Lead various Agile meetings such as Stand Up, Group Sync and Sprint Planning. Work with cross-functional teams to identify the route cause to complex issues and define solutions using robust problem-solving techniques. Promote a culture of continuous improvement via Lessons Learnt and the use of best practice. Co-ordinate launch activities such as the launch checklists, scorecards and gateways. Manage vehicle movements and storage for embargoed vehicles.Skills Required: Excellent problem-solving abilities. Methodical but dynamic approach to solving complex problems. A good communicator with the ability to assimilate data from multiple areas to reach a conclusion. Good knowledge of vehicle manufacturing process and procedures.
