Skills required: Experience in leading an engineering team. Managing risk, meeting security standards, and prioritising the need to maintain and protect service versus the need to transform capabilities and experiences. Extensive experience in enterprise Data Network operations, with exposure to a range of technologies including Cisco Wi-Fi, ACI Technologies, SD-WAN, and network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Sev-1 Experience of Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling with proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Harness, Ansible & Terraform, Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps, managing technical debt, maintaining the health of production instances, and creating the space to develop the skills needed by the target technology architecture. Abilities in ownership, for unblocking technical challenges and having a forward view to prove new patterns and technical solutions ready for full use.
