Salary: £39,152 – £42,839 plus 15% attraction and retention payment

We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our FAST Teams in Louth, Horncastle, and Lincoln.
About the Role of a Level 2 Social Worker
As a Level 2 Social Worker you will be responsible for assessing social care needs, support planning, and reviewing packages of care. You will use your specialist knowledge to manage a range of complex cases, leading them from start to finish to provide continuity for children and families. The role also offers opportunities to mentor less experienced staff and to support and lead students on placement within the teams.
