Position: Full-Time Night Porter
Availability: Night Shifts (including weekends)
The Psalter is looking for a reliable and guest-focused Night Porter to join our friendly team. As a boutique hotel known for our charm, comfort, and warm hospitality, we're seeking someone who takes pride in quiet efficiency and keeping things running smoothly overnight.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming late-night arrivals and assisting with check-in/out
* Helping guests with luggage and providing room guidance
* Conducting regular security checks throughout the night
* Keeping public areas clean, tidy, and presentable
* Supporting early morning setup
* Responding to guest requests and handling any overnight issues
What We're Looking For:
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Calm, professional, and friendly attitude
* Ability to work independently and stay alert through night shifts
* Basic IT/computer skills (hotel system experience a plus)
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
