About Your New Role
As the Asset Management & Property Lead, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding active asset management and property services. Your duties include planning and executing property maintenance programs, providing strategic leadership on housing asset management, ensuring compliance, maximizing financial effectiveness, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
