Competitive salary based on experience Hybrid working model Company car or car allowance Work with cutting-edge equipment and high-profile clients Join a supportive, friendly team that values flexibility, collaboration, and getting the job done What Youll Be Doing Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to commissioning Lead the design, installation, and delivery of hygienic liquid processing systems (e.g., pasteurisers, CIP, blending, filling lines) Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects meet commercial and technical goals Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety and CDM regulations Collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Produce risk assessments, method statements, and project documentation Travel to client sites across the UK and mainland Europe (with occasional overnight stays) What Were Looking For Proven experience delivering engineering projects in hygienic process environments Strong understanding of capital plant and packaging equipment for the food, beverage, and pharma industries Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a bonus) Familiar with H&S, CDM regulations, and industry best practices Strong communicator and logical problem-solver with commercial awareness Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under pressure Key Skills & Qualifications Engineering degree, HND/HNC, or equivalent hands-on experience (apprenticeship considered) Full UK driving licence GCSEs in English and Maths (AC or equivalent) Comfortable with hybrid working and travel ADZN1_UKTJ
