Job Vacancy: Senior Vehicle Technician & Service Technicians – Multi-Franchise Group
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Motor Vehicle Technicians to join our renowned multi-franchise group across multiple locations in South East London and North Kent. As part of one of the South East's leading privately-owned dealer groups, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and fostering a supportive environment for our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards.
* Perform MOT testing (if qualified) or, for candidates without this qualification, undergo training to become a Nominated Tester.
* Work effectively as part of a busy workshop team, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology through attendance at factory training courses.
What We're Looking For:
* Main dealer and MOT Tester experience is highly preferred, but not essential if the applicant can demonstrate the necessary technical skills and expertise.
* City & Guilds certification (or equivalent) is required for those not yet qualified as an MOT Tester, with the opportunity for the right candidate to receive full training to become a Nominated Tester.
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry.
* A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
