Dental Receptionist (Permanent, Full Time – to start ASAP)

Your role will include:
* Delivering a first-class patient experience from initial contact to follow-up
* Answering calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Taking ownership of keeping reception and patient areas immaculately clean and well-presented at all times, as part of our five-star environment
* Booking appointments accurately and managing the diary efficiently
* Handling payments in person and over the phone
* Assisting patients with paperwork and providing support when needed
* Liaising with dental labs and tracking referrals
* Following up with patients after consultations to ensure satisfaction
* Supporting the clinical and management team to ensure a smooth and seamless patient journey
* Completing required training such as Emergency First Aid and CPR
Requirements:
* Strong customer service skills and a professional, polished presentation
* Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* Ability to stay calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure
* Hospitality/reception experience is highly valued; dental experience is helpful but not essential
Salary: £ £14.00 per hour, dependant on experience
