Summary
Baxter is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team within our manufacturing division at our Thetford plant. You will be responsible for loading finished goods on site, processing accordingly, and other general Warehouse duties, working proactively as part of a cross-functional team. This role involves shifts between 6am - 6pm, Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun & Week 2 – Wed, Thu. During training, you will receive a salary of £24,986.36. After training, your salary will increase to £26,253.12, plus a weekly shift allowance of £64.78.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Receive and book in raw materials
* Locate raw materials in both Gate 1 and Gate 2 Warehouse as required
* Process and load Baxter goods and Raw Materials for dispatch
* Support daily Warehouse operations
* Work as part of a cross-functional team and learn various roles in Warehouse and Packing areas
* Work independently when required
* Assist with routine blind count audits
* Perform regular cleaning of fork trucks and work areas
* Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP policies and external regulations
* Notify Quality assurance of any process deviations
* Place orders for Raw Materials and production items as needed
* Replenish stock locations
* Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook proficiently
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Punctuality and good attendance
* Organized and task-oriented
* Ability to work in a GMP environment
* Maintain high standards of quality and behavior
* Follow set standards and procedures
* Be flexible to varied tasks and hours
* Remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience
Forklift experience is desirable but training is provided.
