Our client is a respected rural consultancy that provides practical advice and professional services to agricultural and land-based businesses. As part of their dedicated team, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance and helping clients achieve environmental best practice.
Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with Farm Compliance Consultants to prepare, review, and manage documentation such as Nutrient, Manure and Soil Management Plans, Integrated Pest Management Plans, and Water/Waste Management Plans
Assist in the preparation and formatting of environmental and conservation documents, including Landscape and Conservation Audit and Enhancement Plans
Lead on the delivery of Red Tractor and LEAF Marque compliance folders and data sets for measuring and assessing greenhouse gas emissions
Maintain accurate records and version control of all compliance documents
Liaise with consultants to ensure timely delivery of client reports and plans
Monitor deadlines and key dates for compliance submissions and renewals
Provide general administrative support to consultants and the wider team
Collaborate with the Business Support team for shared administrative duties and holiday cover.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a business support or administrative role within a professional services environment
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Strong written English and communication abilities
Proactive and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Calm, confident, and patient approach when supporting colleagues and clients
Ability to work flexibly, unsupervised, and with strong initiative.
