Our client is now seeking a seasoned AI Commercial Specialist to lead enterprise-level engagements internationally — driving growth, building executive relationships, and positioning AI-led, outcome-based solutions that transform customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex sales cycles with enterprise clients across international markets.
* Develop and execute commercial strategies for AI and automation-led transformation.
* Partner with pre-sales and solution teams to design scalable, value-driven propositions.
* Present and negotiate with C-level stakeholders to close high-value opportunities.
* Act as a trusted advisor, influencing client strategy and positioning AI as a core business enabler.
* Share market insights and contribute to continuous commercial improvement.
Ideal Profile:
* 8+ years’ experience in enterprise solution sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
* Proven track record of selling AI, automation, or CX transformation solutions in complex, multinational environments.
* Deep understanding of Conversational, Generative, and Agentic AI, as well as automation frameworks.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing £500K–£1M+ ACV deals.
* Confident engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers across regions.
* Experience collaborating closely with technical pre-sales and delivery teams.

* CCaaS: Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect.
* Integration: APIs, microservices, analytics tools.
* Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
Salary & Benefits:
* Up to £90K basic, double OTE
