Salary: Highly Competitive, based on experience
Hours: 40 hrs/week + overtime, late shift or split shift rotation

Our Elgin branch is currently seeking a skilled LCV Technician to bolster our team of experts due to an internal promotion. This is a golden opportunity for you to bring your technical skills to our dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your Role Will Involve:
Conducting routine servicing and complex repairs, including brakes, gearboxes, clutches, and more.
* Performing electronic and mechanical fault finding, as well as pre-MOT investigations.
* Ensuring all work meets the highest standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Managing administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
* Fostering a positive and professional company image and maintaining robust working relationships with clients.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Technicians with proven experience in the inspection, repair, and service of vans or light commercial vehicles.
* Individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
* Candidates who possess excellent communication skills and can work efficiently under pressure.
* VAG experience would be an advantage.
