Salary: £39,500–£44,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)

What is the role?
* You will be working as a clinical assessor completing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or Personal Independent Payment (PIP) Assessments with claimants.
* Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments
* Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
* Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.

Essential Criteria
* Registered Nurse, OT or Physio
* Minimum 1-year post‑registration experience in an adult setting
* NMC/HCPC registered
* Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
* Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
* Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
* Experience working with complex health conditions
