*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing daily activities and ensuring effective communication with both children and their families. *Responsibilities* * Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. * Drive engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development among children. * Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment. * Communicate effectively with children to support their learning and development while also maintaining open lines of communication with parents and guardians. * Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further development. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and mutual support. * Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the nursery environment at all times. *Requirements* * Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. * Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage activities effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their development. * Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences. * A commitment to safeguarding children's welfare and promoting their well-being at all times.
