Position: Scheme Manager (Supported Living)
Location: Derby (Various locations with expectations of travel)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week and shift cover may be required when on-call.

About you
Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?
This is an opportunity for a pro‑active Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company and manage our residential living scheme in Hull. You will need:
* Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.
* Hold or be working towards a NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or have a suitable alternative qualification
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all
* Evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership
* The ideal candidate will be able to drive due to the needs of the service.
