Overview
In this outbound telesales role, you will never make a cold call. Every prospect has already requested a call, and you will provide the information they need to keep our business growing.
How You’ll Make An Impact
When companies are due for a benefits renewal, you will call them to determine their current Employee Benefits (e.g., Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection, etc.) and update our database. You will also promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients.
* Update our database with existing benefits and schemes for future prospecting
* Pitch any commissions‑eligible opportunities; any signed business earns commission
* Promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients
About You
We seek someone who can quickly build a good relationship over the phone and has a genuine desire to succeed. Training will be provided, so previous experience is not mandatory, but the right attributes matter most.
Minimum Requirements
* Comfortable talking to company owners, directors, and senior management on the phone
* Comfortable with targets and working in a target‑driven environment
* Eligibility to work in the UK

* Previous experience in a similar telesales role
