The Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring seamless operational delivery, and driving continuous improvement across logistics services. This role is central to Kuehne+Nagel’s commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric logistics solutions
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts.
* Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
* Design and implement customer-specific logistics solutions.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
* Monitor and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Support RFQs and quotations with data insights.
* Facilitate EDI implementation and maintain KN systems setup.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field
* Strong knowledge of import/export operations and trade regulations.
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Willingness to travel and attend business/social events.
