Your New RoleAs QHSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality, health & safety, and environmental standards across the organisation. This is a hands-on, operationally focused position working closely with project, office, and site teams to ensure systems are robust, practical, and consistently will oversee the integrated management system, support ISO audits, and champion a proactive safety culture. The role also involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting environmental compliance, and developing QHSE capability across the workforce.What You'll Need to SucceedProven management experience in a QHSE role within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar sectors.Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, with familiarity in ISO 14001.Experience supporting internal and external audits.A structured, methodical approach to systems and process improvement.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).What You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive salaryLife Assurance31 days holidaysFlexi start and finish time.
