What you’ll be doing:
* Become a Customer Champion: Provide excellent first-line and potentially second-line support, working collaboratively with our valued customers to resolve their IT challenges.
* Master of Case Management: Effectively manage customer support cases, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
* Tech Savvy & Vendor Guru: Leverage your technical knowledge and collaborate with leading support vendors (Dell, Dell EMC, Redstor, etc.) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
* Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest storage and data center technologies to continuously enhance your expertise.
* Remote Work: Thrive in a home-based environment, managing your workload independently and collaborating effectively with the team.
Here's what we're looking for:
* Experience in a technical support role or related experience
* Knowledge of storage and data center technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn
