About the role
The desired Science Teacher will support students in developing their scientific knowledge and skills, inspiring them to explore the world around them. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to support with staff absence, which involves conducting experiments and demonstrations whilst providing constructive feedback to help students develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The Science Teacher, who will have experience of teaching students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), will ensure high expectations of behaviour management are maintained across the school.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Science Supply Teacher - September Start you will:
1. Have experience working in a secondary setting
2. Have or working towards QTS
3. Hold a degree qualification in Science or a related field
4. Possess strong knowledge of Science concepts and principles
5. Have/or willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service
6. Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required

Salary
£120 to £140 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
