Role Overview
Take the lead, working with the Contracts Manager, Site Supervisors, Trade Operatives and Subcontractors on all aspects of delivery, including implementation and completion/signoff of all operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Reactive Repairs and Voids across social housing sites, ensuring compliance with health & safety and site set up.
* Estimate construction plans and master programmes, aligning labour resource and materials to project needs.
* Assist Leadership and Regional Operational Teams in managing site staff, serving as key contact with regional teams, clients and finance for project budgets.
* Develop, monitor and update construction phase plan and requirements from estimating to delivery.
* Maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders; work to suit business needs.
Qualifications
* Appropriate building/ technical qualification/ GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English.
* Valid site based qualification (IOSH or equivalent).
* Proven experience of managing social housing sites/contracts.
* Experience in project delivery, including measure and specifications of works and post inspections.
* Experience of using IT systems, including Microsoft office software (Outlook/ Word and Excel).
* A current driving licence is essential.
