Vehicle Technician – Luxury Specialist Workshop
Location: Woking Area
Salary: Up to £50k + £5k bonus | 20 days holiday + bank holidays
We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run, independent luxury car specialist who is opening a brand-new workshop with state-of-the-art ramps and facilities. They are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their small, close-knit team.
The role:
1. Work alongside 3 experienced technicians in a supportive, family-style environment.
2. A varied mix of work including tuning, modifications, diagnostics, and general mechanical tasks.
3. Opportunity to work on high-end, luxury vehicles in a modern, well-equipped workshop.
The package:
4. Competitive salary up to £50k, plus £5k annual performance bonus paid monthly (from 75% individual target).
5. Fully paid lunch on Fridays and 3–4 fully paid track days per year.
6. Free local parking allocated to the business.
7. Monday–Thursday: 8:00–17:30, Friday: 8:00–16:30.
8. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with holiday buyback available.
Requirements:
9. Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with strong mechanical experience.
10. Confident in diagnostics, fault finding, and all mechanical work.
11. Full driving licence required.
12. Enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about working on high-end vehicles.
