Our Restaurant Team Leaders play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygiene, mentoring our Restaurant Customer Advisors, and supporting the management team.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting and coaching other members of staff and deputising for management in their absence.
2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the restaurant.
3. Working alongside the team to ensure staff efficiency, covering all stations effectively, and maintaining a high level of service for our customers.
4. Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
5. Ensuring compliance with and adherence to Restaurant Operational procedures, monitoring standards, and ensuring the team follows company guidelines.
6. Offering assistance with customer queries using high-quality product knowledge, including allergies and dietary requirements.
7. Collaborating with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
8. Some keyholder responsibilities may be required.

2. Experience in a customer-facing role and supervisory experience.
3. Relevant food safety qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
