You will create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to explore, ensuring learning is well‑differentiated and supports all abilities, including those with SEND.The role involves effective use of assessment to monitor progress, set ambitious targets and adapt teaching accordingly, as well as maintaining high standards of behaviour, communication and wellbeing.
