The Role:
A well-regarded regional law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its Mansfield office, focusing on probate and high-value estates. This role has become available due to sustained growth within the team and presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to take a senior role within a stable and progressive environment.
You'll work closely with a supportive team of private client specialists, managing a varied caseload of complex probate matters and high-net-worth estates. In addition, there's an opportunity to play a key mentoring role-guiding and supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the ongoing success of the department.
This position offers flexibility around full-time or part-time hours and hybrid working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a broad caseload of probate and estate administration, with a focus on high-value and complex matters
* Advising clients on inheritance tax, estate planning, and trusts
* Working collaboratively with other members of the private client team
* Providing mentoring and informal supervision to junior colleagues
* Maintaining excellent standards of client care and professional service

* Significant experience in probate and high-value estate administration
* Comfortable managing complex cases with minimal supervision
