Your new role Our client is seeking a Freelance Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a £55 million Build to Rent development in South Wales. You will take ownership of key procurement and cost management duties, working closely with the on-site team and supply chain to ensure financial targets and project objectives are met.
