Hours: Monday – Friday,37.5 hours per week
Rates: £22 - £26/hr
Start Date: Asap
Location: Birmingham
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
* Valid Right to Work Documentation
* Must have experience of discharge planning and working in Inpatient settings.
* Must be a car driver
* HCPC Registration
