Location: Port of Nigg, Inverness (Office-based)
Contract: Rolling 6-month contract
Hours: ~38 hours per week (provisional)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator to join the team at our Port of Nigg pre-assembly site for a major offshore windfarm project. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, managing, and administering the Permit to Work system to ensure that all work activities are controlled, coordinated, and carried out safely in compliance with CDM Regulations, statutory requirements, and project HSE procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full lifecycle of the Permit to Work system, including application, approval, issue, monitoring, and closure.
2. Coordinate daily PTW meetings, reviewing work scopes, identifying conflicts, and ensuring safe contractor interfaces.
3. Verify RAMS, isolations, and prerequisite documentation before issuing permits.
4. Maintain accurate PTW records, isolations, and compliance documentation for auditing.
