Job Overview:

We are looking for a relationship-driven and strategicPart-Time Partnership Strategistto join a forward-thinking UK-based company. In this role, you will identify, develop, and nurture partnerships that expand the company’s reach, create new revenue opportunities, and enhance brand positioning. Your work will combine market research, outreach, event sourcing, and collaboration with marketing to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels at connecting people, spotting opportunities, and driving strategic growth.


Responsibilities:


Partnership Development

* Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities in target industries.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Develop and execute a structured partnerships plan aligned with business objectives.


Market Research & Outreach

* Conduct research to identify potential partners and industry influencers.
* Approach and engage prospective partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.


Events & Networking

* Source and arrange speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking events.
* Represent the company at virtual and in-person events (as required).
* Coordinate follow-up actions post-event to progress partnership discussions.


Partnership Management

* Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and interactions in the CRM.
* Monitor partnership performance and impact against agreed objectives.
* Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with partners.


Marketing & Collaboration

* Work with marketing to create partnership-related content and campaigns.
* Identify opportunities for joint PR, media coverage, and awards submissions.
* Assist in producing case studies and testimonials showcasing partnership impact.


Reporting & Strategy

* Provide regular reports on partnership activities and performance.
* Analyse trends and recommend strategies to strengthen partnership outcomes.


Qualifications and Experience:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic relationship management.
* Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM systems for relationship tracking.
* Skilled in identifying and leveraging networking opportunities.
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
* Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet working environment.
