ROLE: Static Maintenance Electrician
LOCATION: Edinburgh

We're looking for a Static Maintenance Electrician who will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical systems across a single, high‑profile site.
Role Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs.
2. Diagnose faults and complete remedial works to minimise downtime and maintain site operations.
3. Ensure compliance with UK electrical standards and regulations, including BS .
4. Work collaboratively with the wider static engineering team, site management, and contractors.
5. Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and compliance documentation.
6. Respond to urgent issues and support business‑critical electrical systems.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
7. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
8. 18th Edition (BS ) qualification.
9. Experience within commercial or facilities management environments.
10. Strong understanding of UK compliance, H&S procedures, and permit‑to‑work systems.
11. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving ability.
12. Ability to work independently on a static site.
