You willbe responsible forensuringFairhiveremainsfully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, gas, electrical safety, asbestos, legionella, lifts, and Awaabs Law. You will lead the delivery of planned heating and electrical maintenance and investment programmes, working with bothin-houseteams and contractors tomaintainDecent Homes compliance. Acting as the Responsible Person for fire safety, you will oversee statutory inspections, manage compliancedataand action plans, and ensure all health and safety and CDM requirements are met. You will also support effective disrepair case management, organise people and resources to deliver businessobjectives, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, working both in the office and out in the field asrequired. About you We are looking for someonewith; A degree, or technical experience in a similar role A Level 6 Diploma in fire safety or fire engineering orsignificant experiencein fire safety. A professional qualification such as RICS, IFSM or IFE,RIBAor equivalent.
