Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Southampton | Salary: £37,000–£40,000 + Benefits | Hours: Full-Time

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who already has some leadership experience and is ready to step into a bigger role with more responsibility and progression.
Opportunity as a Warehouse Operations Manager
You’ll be joining a busy warehouse and logistics operation where you’ll help lead a team, improve performance and play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the site.
This role would suit someone with 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational environment who wants real career development and the opportunity to grow into senior leadership.
You don’t need to know everything already; attitude, drive and leadership potential are just as important as experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the day‑to‑day management of warehouse and logistics operations
* Leading, motivating and developing warehouse staff
* Managing stock movement, dispatch and operational workflows
* Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Helping improve efficiency, service levels and team performance
* Building strong working relationships across the business
* Supporting training and onboarding of team members
* Maintaining high health & safety standards
* Taking ownership of operational challenges and helping drive solutions
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory or team management experience
* Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or fast‑paced operational environment
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confidence managing different personalities and motivating teams
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
* Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
* High energy, ambition and a positive attitude
