The UK Marketing function supports the Bank's strategic and revenue growth by delivering fair outcomes for customers. It focuses on understanding customers and developing brand marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities to strengthen the HSBC brand, drive revenue, and increase customer value and satisfaction.
We are looking for a Head of Social Media responsible for shaping and executing our content strategy. You will lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, driving engagement, growing brand awareness, and building a loyal community across all core social platforms.
In this role you will:
* Lead development and execution of social media and content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
* Manage social media managers and collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality content.
* Create and oversee content calendars aligned with marketing plans, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
* Analyze social media metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and provide insights.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content supporting brand campaigns and goals.
