This international holiday business have over 70 resorts globally for both Summer and Winter luxury holidays!
THE ROLEAs a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Campaign planning and building a CRM strategy for the business
* Delivering and monitoring automated email campaigns
* Working across the full customer lifecycle
* Manage one direct report, who will focus more on email building
* Work with global counterparts on CRM best practice
* Report and deliver insights off the back of campaigns
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience as a Senior CRM Executive, CRM Manager or similar is preferred
* Working knowledge of HTML (drag and drop) needed
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but any CRM platform is great
* Management experience not required but would be beneficial
