We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Flintshire to assist with the appointment of an Electrician, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £19.00 - £25.04 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity is available for a qualified Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical work across tenanted and void properties within a social housing environment. The role involves fault finding, testing, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties
* Diagnose faults and complete testing and inspection work
* Repair and maintain various central heating systems
* Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
* Work across tenanted and void properties
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* City & Guilds Electrical Qualification
Essential Requirements:
* Time-served, fully qualified Electrician
* Experience working within social housing
* Strong testing, inspection, and fault-finding skills
* Ability to trace and rectify faults in domestic properties
* Experience with repairs to various central heating systems
