Our client, a non for profit organisation based in Windsor, is looking to recruit an Events Coordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the Events Team, the Events Assistant position provides proactive administrative and organisational support, as required, to the Events team toward the efficient and effective delivery of the events portfolio
Working within a small but specialist team, the role provides an exceptional opportunity for learning across event planning and logistics, ideally suiting a recent graduate with an interest in a career in events or project management.
The position is Monday to Friday 9-5, 3 days a week from home and 2 in the office. They also offer excellent including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, employee discount schemes, and ongoing training and development.
Duties include
1. Act as a first point of contact for events enquiries
2. Provide support with faculty - invitations, CVs, accommodation, travel
3. Assist with the management of the online event programme, general information and industry pages as directed
4. Registration processing as required
5. Assist with venue research and supplier liaison including; catering, transport and housing, social programme and transportation
