Pay: £12.21 per hour
About The Role
* Welcoming staff and visitors and creating a safe, professional atmosphere
* Conducting regular patrols and monitoring premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism
* Monitoring access points, CCTV, and handling security procedures
* Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed
* Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns
* Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required
* Adapt to different client sites – no two days are the same
* Respond calmly and confidently to incidents or concerns
* Work as part of a diverse, supportive team

What We Are Looking For
* Hold a current DS SIA Licence
* Proven experience in a security role or similar position
* Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities
* Remain calm and act decisively in high‑pressure situations
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
