We're working with a high-growth performance marketing agency known for delivering breakthrough results for well-known ecommerce brands. They are investing heavily in new tech and talent and are now hiring for a Performance Director to help steer a portfolio of high-value Retail clients to measurable success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven performance marketing leader to join one of the UK's fastest growing agencies. You will lead a portfolio of up to 5 accounts and oversee the delivery of all services for those clients. You'll lead a team of paid media specialists, including direct line management of at least one Paid Media Team Lead, ensuring delivery of outstanding results.
It's a fast-paced, rapidly scaling agency who has been experiencing impressive YoY growth for the last few years. They work closely with their clients forming strong, lasting relationships and it's a fun place to work with employee retention rates between 80-90% over the past 2 years!
About the Role:
* Own a portfolio of up to five ecommerce accounts, acting as strategic lead and senior client partner
* Develop and deliver high-performing marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
* Guide and mentor Paid Media Team Leads and specialists to support their growth and effectiveness
* Collaborate with creative teams to drive better campaign outcomes and integrated services
* Contribute to agency growth by supporting pitches, case studies, and new service development
Experience:
* Proven experience leading client portfolios within performance marketing (Paid Social and/or Paid Search)
* Ideally have worked with Ecommerce & Retail brands
* Strong knowledge of major paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and optimisation tactics
* Confidence managing senior stakeholders and navigating commercial conversations
* A collaborative leadership style with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
* Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and execute revenue-driving opportunities
