Residential Property Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A busy Residential Property team who have built up an excellent base of high wealth clients
Role
* Acting on routine residential property transactions
* Work independently and alongside more experienced colleagues on more complex and specialised matters, as required
* Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
* Playing an active role in business development
You
* 3+ years PQE dealing with a range of property transactions
* Highly organised with excellent IT, case management and communication skills
* A strong desire to learn, widen your knowledge and continue your professional development
