Job Description:
The Metric Bio team is partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space, as we search for a Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director Business Development.
Here, you will utilize the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities, and reputation, as well as your own experience in the CDMO/CRO space to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.
What will you do?
* Develop new and existing accounts across pharma and biotech spaces.
* Attend trade shows.
* Hunt for customers that require large molecule/antibody/ADC services.
What will you bring?
* B.Sc. or above in a related discipline.
* Hunter's mentality - wanting to drive new business.
* Strong understanding of antibodies, from either a manufacturing or discovery standpoint.
* 4+ years of industry experience (business development), ideally in a CRO/CDMO.
