Role Overview: Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pension-related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process pension contributions, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to pension scheme members.
* Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from scheme members, retirees, and internal stakeholders.
* Assist with the preparation of pension communications and documentation.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards in pension administration.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in pension administration.
2. Previous experience in pension administration within the Education sector, particularly Teachers Pensions Scheme / submitting MCR returns will be highly regarded
