Are you a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic in Eastbourne looking for dealer-level training without the dealership "red tape"? We are a busy, highly-respected VAG Specialist workshop looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
* Bonus: £400 monthly performance bonus (£4,800 per year OTE).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a fair team rota.

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Service: Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda models.
* Broad Experience: Working across other makes and models to keep your technical skills sharp.
* MOT Excellence: Preparing vehicles for MOT testing and completing essential safety repairs.
* Diagnostics: Using advanced VAG software to solve electrical and mechanical faults.
* Road Testing: Ensuring every vehicle meets our network's high quality and safety standards.
Are You The One?
* You are a qualified Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic (Level 2 or 3).
* You have at least 1 year of workshop experience (we welcome those looking to step up).
* You are professional, reliable, and take real pride in your workmanship.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* You have a "growth mindset" and want to utilize our full VAG training programmes.
