The Role
As a Secondary Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across the curriculum, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring all pupils can access high-quality education.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
* Assisting learners with additional needs (including SEND)
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
* Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
This role would suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives.
