Our client, a leading renewable energy developer, is seeking a Project and Office Administrator to support the delivery of large-scale solar and battery storage projects across the UK. This role will provide administrative and coordination support to project teams, ensuring smooth operations across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
1. Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.#Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
2. Maintain project files, risk logs, and change control records.
3. Assist in preparing project summary reports and performance updates.
Office Administration:
4. Organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel or logistics.
5. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
7. Support onboarding and document control for new team members.
Contract & Compliance Support:
8. Assist with reviewing and tracking contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
9. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
10. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
13. Familiarity with ISO standards and document control processes.
