How you will contribute

Transforming Insight into action:

1. Generating and utilizing data-led insights to prioritise category, channel and customer opportunities and plans.

Building effective growth strategies with customers:

2. Through alignment to our category vision, implementing revenue growth management levers (pricing, trade terms, promotional investment, mix management, Pack Price Architecture) and a vision for the point of buying.
3. Demonstrate the ability to think on a 12 month to 3 year time-frame.

Planning and Executional Excellence:

4. Through end-to-end management of the P&L, forecasting and monitoring of performance, and great execution of our plans at the point of buying (online and offline).

Best in Class Customer Leadership:

5. Through Selling and Influencing, Negotiating and Joint Business Planning.
6. Able to set the framework for a proposition and work cross-functionally to build compelling insight-led stories and commercial propositions that differentiate Grenade with the customer and shopper.
7. Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties.
8. Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.

Lead and motivate an Account Executive:

9. Line Manager responsibility for National Account Executive

What you will bring

10. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team
11. Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight
12. A customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships
13. Excellent selling, influencing and negotiation skills
14. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
15. Capable of working with a high level of self-sufficiency, coupled with a strong sense of collaboration
16. Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible
17. Collaborative, enabling meaningful working relationships with the rest of the Grenade team
18. Proven experience in National Account Management, preferably in the FMCG sector
