What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 in the absence of teaching staff
* Supporting students' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
* Managing behaviour and helping to maintain a focused learning environment
* Working with teaching staff to ensure consistency and continuity
* Developing your classroom confidence in a real school setting
We're Looking for Individuals Who:
* Have experience working with young people in any setting (education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
* Are confident leading a class and promoting engagement
* Can communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
* Are dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to help students thrive
* May be considering a future career in teaching or education
