I'm working with one of the UK's fastest growing DTC consumer brands on a role that's a bit different to your standard paid social hire.
They don't want the most experienced person in the room. They want the most passionate.
The business has grown from a standing start to serious scale off the back of viral content, creators and a genuinely fun product. Now they're building their Meta function properly and they want someone who is hungry to own it, test everything, and grow with it.
This will suit you if:
* You're oozing passion for performance marketing - you think about the latest trend, new ideas to try, other brands that are doing paid social well
* You get excited about testing a scrappy ad that converts over a polished one that doesn't
* You want real autonomy and ownership, not a task list
* You're in the communities, listening to the podcasts, following what's happening online
* You can talk about things you've learned recently and actually applied
What you'd be doing:
* Launching and owning Meta as a paid channel
* Running and optimising Meta campaigns end to end
* Testing creative formats and hooks at pace with an in-house content team
* Staying ahead of platform changes and bringing new ideas in constantly
* Growing into a lead role as the function scales
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in paid social or performance marketing
* Genuine passion for the craft
* Scrappy, test-and-learn mindset
* Ecommerce or DTC exposure is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
The culture is flat, fast and creative. Best idea wins regardless of who you are. Very in-person, very collaborative. You'd have the support of the wider team and everyone else in this start-up business, but it's over to you to oversee this channel, have fun with it and make an impact.
Practical bits:
* Central London, 4 days per week in office (non-negotiable)
* Salary will be dependent on experience and is open to discussion for the right candidate
If this sounds like you, apply or drop me a message!
