We are recruiting for a Project Officer for Specialty Doctor and Locally Employed Doctor who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to efficiently co-ordinate a programme of activities for Specialty Doctors (SAS) and Locally Employed Doctors (LEDs) within the East of England. The Project Officer will provide high-quality administrative support to the SAS/LED workstream at Lister Hospital, ensuring smooth delivery of programmes, effective communication, and excellent support to doctors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate a wide range of activities for Specialty Doctors (SAS) and Locally Employed Doctors (LEDs) across the East of England, providing high-quality administrative support to NHS England (EoE) and the Host Trust at Lister Hospital.
* Provide support in meetings, training events, finance processes, and web updates; act as the first point of contact for SAS/LED doctors.
* Work closely with the Associate Dean, Faculty Support Team, and Medical Education colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and contribute to new initiatives that support doctors’ development and wellbeing.
* Assist the Associate Dean and Faculty Support Team with Trusts’ annual development planning process, including budget planning and obtaining quotes for courses and events.
* Undertake reporting and analysis of project information to support project delivery.
