About The Role

Do you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets? Are you looking to step up your career? Let’s work(out) together! We're searching for an experienced Sales Person to be part of a brilliant team at our prestigious Bedford Club. This key role involves representing the Fitness First Brand and requires a highly motivated sales individual with excellent leadership skills, capable of achieving all in-club related sales. We focus on what sets us apart as a brand, ensuring our expertise celebrates our fitness products and delivers an excellent experience. Our members are at the heart of everything we do.

You will...

1. Act as a positive example for all club staff, embodying operational excellence.
2. Assist in the club's 'guest experience journey', including touring booked appointments and walk-ins, converting them into members, and ensuring accurate data capture for all prospects.
3. Promote excellent FFX performance and other signature Fitness First products.
4. Collaborate with support functions to achieve the club's sales targets.
5. Coordinate outreach activities to promote the club and identify improvement areas.
6. Stay updated on membership fees and promotions, conveying this understanding to members.
7. Maintain high sales integrity, ensuring prospects and members are welcomed and informed about terms and offers.
8. Build and maintain corporate relationships through ongoing events and quality interactions.
9. Retain existing members by providing exceptional experiences.
10. Address feedback as per Fitness First's complaints policy.
11. Support team members, including engaging positively on the gym floor.
12. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and complete relevant checks.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned by the general manager.

Have you...

1. Contributed to meeting club revenue goals through sales targets.
2. Previous experience in sales or service in a similar environment is desirable.
3. Proficient in face-to-face and phone sales.
4. Basic knowledge of the fitness industry is beneficial.
5. Able to provide exceptional guest service.
6. Flexible and adaptable to business needs, including shift coverage.
7. Good communication skills, verbal and written.
8. Capable of meeting targets and deadlines.
9. Proactive and self-motivated.
10. Friendly and approachable, aligned with our values.
