Job Description COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE Take full accountability for the commercial performance and overall success of the store. Drive sales and operational performance through effective commercial decision-making. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and business objectives. Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve KPIs. TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Retail Supervisors through clear direction, coaching, and mentorship. Partner closely with the Store Manager, acting on feedback and delivering against agreed targets and deadlines. Identify high-potential talent within the team and support structured development and progression plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and full compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilise business communication tools to manage task completion and ensure teams fully understand key responsibilities. Maintain effective wage control on a weekly basis, addressing and resolving issues promptly. Manage stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and uphold visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
